This beautiful wood cabin is tucked in the hills of Eagle Mountain right on the edge of the Ouachita National Forest. The beautiful warm tones of the interior are complemented by tasteful native American décor pieces throughout the house.
Vaulted ceilings in the main living area accentuates a wall of windows facing the national forest, and the open floor plan gives a spacious amount of room for guests to relax. On cool days, light up the gas fireplace and curl up on the couches for a movie, or enjoy the fresh air out on the back deck. Cooking a delicious meal is a breeze with a fully functional kitchen. All the appliances, pots, pans, and dishes you need are supplied.
There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms inside the main cabin, and another open main room and full bathroom in the adjoining bunkhouse. The bunkhouse and the cabin are only a few steps from each other and attached by a covered deck.
Inside the bunkhouse are three bunk beds. The three bedroom suites inside the cabin all have an attached full bathroom and a king sized bed. Wonder’s Call cabin is perfect for multiple young families to vacation together— the kids can have their own space in the bunkhouse while the adults can unwind inside the cabin.
The bunkhouse not only provides a separate area for the kids to sprawl out, but it also acts as a game room with various popular board games available to play on the card table and a TV room with plenty of comfy seating. There is plenty to do on the back deck. A large propane grill is available and waiting to be used for a cookout.
Guests can sit around the massive wood-fueled fireplace on comfy outdoor seating while the grill master is turning the hotdogs and flipping the burgers. A picnic table nearby is perfect for gathering around for a meal outside. There is also a luxury hot tub that comfortably seats six to eight people and a flat screen TV on the deck too. Off the back deck is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and just beyond that is a trail head leading hikers into the Ouachita National Forest.
It is one and half miles to the restaurants and shops on Lukfata Trail, and three miles to Hochatown. In Hochatown, there are several family fun attractions to enjoy including Hochatown Rescue Center and Petting Zoo, go karts at Big Foot Speedway, and Beavers Bend gem mining and Dino Dig.
Don’t forget to spend some time out on the beautiful Broken Bow Lake where you can fish, canoe, paddleboard, go boating, or skiing. There are three lake access points in the area. There is also hiking and horseback trail riding in the Beaver’s Bend National State Park. For a unique experience of the national park’s scenic views and wildlife, take a train ride from the Beavers Bend Depot!

Wonder’s Call, along with Anna of White Glove Luxury Cabins have definitely set the bar as to how a getaway to Broken Bow, OK should be! This property was breathtaking and very well-kept. It was well stocked with everything you need (pots/pans, utensils, towels, robes, etc). Each couple enjoyed their suites, and the children were in kid-heaven in their open separate quarters. The adults were even happier to not have the noise of children at a certain point in the evening. We enjoyed the hiking trail, the outside fire pit (smores and weiner roast), and sat out on the porches to enjoy a meal and movie. The hot tub at night will take you away. Not to mention, Anna made this process seamless. We have stayed at multiple VRBO/Homeaway properties. None have compared to date!
