Welcome to Shady Grove Cottage! Shady Grove is a beautiful one bedroom sized cottage set in the woods on the farm. Plenty of windows to view the wild life in the woods, large covered front porch and covered, screened back porch. This wonderful cottage is ready for overnight stays on the farm! We invite all who are ready to have a great balance between rest and adventurous activities; even more of one than the other if you so choose!
Whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you and your loved one begin feeling hungry we have got you covered here at Shady Grove Cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. We definitely promote going to check out as many of the fine local restaurants as you can; they are highly spoken of. Whichever you choose we are sure you will be completely fulfilled! Once you are happily, comfortable with a delicious feast there is no doubt you will be ready to wind down for the evening.
Speaking of winding down for the evening we offer lucious furniture where you can sprawl out to watch one of your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV! Oh and all of that comfort will happen next to the remote controlled gas log fireplace!
Sleeping arrangements at Shady Grove Cottage: A queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa. A walk in shower for prime convenience and comfort.
This cottage is a perfect place for an individual,a couple and bring a friend along too! If you are in search of a getaway perfect for rejuvenation from the daily grind this is the cottage for you! On top of all the conveniences we have made a priority we also have plenty of windows to view the wildlife in the woods, large covered front porch and covered, screened back porch. This truly is a perfect getaway place for those that like to watch wildlife in the woods.
Just a couple of notes to keep in mind are: Honey Creek Farm is a non-smoking or vaping property. Pets are not allowed for the respect of all guests.
Our motto is “For the Love of Lavender”! Lavenders is the focus crop on the farm!
At Honey Creek Lodge we have a Farm Shop that is open from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Friday and 9:00 AM until 2:30 on Saturday. We must mention that the Shop will also open for private tours for individual groups that contact them specifically. A couple of unique things about the Farm Shop are that the shelves are now stocked with Lavender Products and fun classes to create lavender wreaths are now available for small groups. Additionally, the main room of the Farm Facility is now available for daily rental for family gatherings, classes, seminars and yoga classes.
We must hit on the amazing things about the town of Broken Arrow and what you can do while you are here! Broken Arrow is a city in the northeastern part of Oklahoma, in Tulsa and western Wagoner Counties. It is said that the best place to start exploring Broken Arrow is at the replica of an Old West village.
If you or anyone in the group are interested in gaining some knowledge on the history of the town, the Military History Museum presents the history of Broken Arrow from a delightfully different perspective which we believe will be perfect for you! The Broken Arrow Museum showcases diverse artifacts and interactive storyboards as well as also including the Old Town Hall Jail Cell and Childers Cabin. We also cannot forget to mention that BA Ninja Warrior is the elite professional training facility for bull riding, American ninja warrior, horse riding, professional bull fighting and other extreme sports.
